MP3 Track Info Not Displaying
If I look at the properties of the affected file in XP on the Summary tab it only shows Track Number, Title and Comments fields. If I try to edit any of these 3 and apply/save I get the error, "A disk error occurred during a write operation." It's not a permissions issue, I can edit, move or delete the file. Tried making a copy with all of the properties removed, however those have the same problem. The files play as normal and when opened in WMP11 on W7 all of the track info shows correctly. But for whatever reason it won't display on XP or on my MP3 player. Anything I can do to repair these files? *edit* NM found this solution - opening the file in Winamp seems to fix it for WMP10? I dunno, maybe something with the ID3 version? http://www.techsupportforum.com/foru...tc-156572.html Last edited by FunkZ : 02-16-2011 at 06:58 AM. |
