i5 2500K and Asus P8Z68-V Pro cpu config?

Not sure about a couple things under CPU configuration.. This is what I have and I'll place a question mark beside what I am not sure about..

CPU ratio: 16
Intel adaptive thermal monitor: enable?
Active processor cores: all
limit CPUID Max: disable
Execute disable bit: enabled?
Intel Virtualization Technology: disabled
Enhanced Intel Speedstep Technology: disabled
Turbo mode: disabled
CPU C1E: disabled
CPU C3 report: auto?
CPU C6 report: auto?

I am of course wanting to OC.

To OC, you'll just raise the CPU ratio! 1 at a time Stress testing in between! Test with 5 loops of Intel Burn Test. When you hit a wall (fail IBT), bump the VCore. Keep CPU temp <75°C during testing! Real temp here!
What do you use for cooling?

What about the intel adaptive thermal monitor? I am assuming that has something to do with monitoring heat?
