Lite On iHAS124-04 - OEM

Hello guys I bought this drive from newegg


It opens up but in "My Computer" it shows as 'BD-ROM Drive" and in device manager it shows as "DTSOFT Virtual CdRom Device".

Now here is the problem. It does not read any disks ((((( Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Try it in another computer, if it still doesn't work contact Newegg, it should at least read read disks. Make sure the data cable isn't faulty, if it's got broken wires in the cable, it won't read anything, try a different cable.
