Tried choosing it but 60Hz is not in the list however when I did this:

I do see 60Hz.

Anyway...

This problem is also happening when I move the text in windows. I didn't notice this problem before up until now I also connected the monitor to another computer and shows the same problem.

Here is a video someone put up that shows what is also happening to me.
