I want some OC CPU not extremlly, My CPU cooling is SilentiumPC Fortis HE1225 +2 12cm fans in case, silentium too.My favorites are:
1/ OCZ ZS 550W SLI135mm(long cables, chip, good efficient, one force +12V line; but imo poor qality- i see them inside)
2/ OCZ Stealthxstream 2 600W(more power but 4 +12V lines @124W every-this is imo bad and this PSU not have cert 80+, short cables)
What do you think?? One says: "change for 550-600W" others says "why do you want do this" ???

The CX400 is a good PSU, but you are really on the limit with your hardware there. I would not overclock at all until you get a new PSU. I would not get an OCZ PSU though, Corsair have a good selection or units, you can almost not go wrong with them. 600W is good and leaves you with some head room, 500W would be enough for overclocking, but no headroom for future upgrades.

So the CX500 would not be enough imo, your CX400 has 30A on the +12V rail, the CX500 only has 34A, hardly any more. Not worth upgrading to. There is also a GS500 with more +12V amps (39A) - theoretically that should be enough, but I have not heard of the GS series yet and how good they are. CX series is fairly good, but nothing special. VX/TX/HX/AX series are much better quality-wise.
The CX600 has 40A, so it should be about the same as the GS500 with 39A.

edit: other options would be:
Antec High Current Gamer HCG-520 / HCG-620 (40A/48A)
Corsair TX550M / TX650 (45A/53A)
Silverstone Strider Plus 600W (42A)
XFX XXX Edition 650W (52A)
Seasonic S12II 520W / 620W (40A/48A)

These all also have 80+ bronze rating

The CX series of Corsair does have 80+ certification, but not 80+ bronze.
As I said before, I would not get an OCZ power supply.
The list I provided is a good selection, each of those are good 80+ bronze power supplies, but they do cost more than the CX.

I would recommend this one from the store: http://www.agito.pl/zasilacz-xfx-cor...21-452787.html - that is the cheapest one I would buy for your setup. I personally would not worry about the 24 month warranty, but if you want something else, you might have to look in another store, the only good ones they have are XFX and Corsair.
