It's gonna like colder temps over more and more voltage. Try shutting down some cores

So....what exactly ARE the temps?
BTW, AMD's don't like to run ram much over 1800. You wasted your dough on that 2133 stuff.

LOL, but it's not overclocking well is it. That's because it's too far out of the IMC's native spec, especially if you haven't increased the CPU/NB voltage. AMD's are not like Intel's. They prefer a little slower ram frequency and tighter timings.

You need to update Cpu-z and be sure your bios is up to date as well please.

Your saying your running x speeds with the Ram, but your leaving out the voltage information.

The Cpu will want 1.45-1.55v (rough figure, could be a touch lower than 1.45 )past your current 4.4ghz speed, the Ram is not holding you back, it's the lack of cpu voltage.

When you take a screeny, use mem tab on Cpu-z. You can open Cpu-z as many times as you want, even showing us SPD and mobo info.

To upload a screen shot, just do you normal paint and save routine and use the "manage attachments" tab at the bottom of the post box. upload right form your PC.

You have your vid card in the wrong slot. CPU-Z says your at x8 and you should be x16.

Probably not, but it does make me suspect some of your other placements/settings.
What slots are the ram in?
