Probably, but your fan error is a different problem. Is the fan plugged in? Disable the fan monitor in the bios.
I recommend a fresh install on the SSD and then attach your HD to retrieve your data. |

Most likely a driver conflict if you swapped the board and tried to boot. Also make sure side mode is enabled, assuming your last board was in ide mode for the sata setup.
You are better off just installing a fresh new os install on the new ssd, and hooking up the old drive once the ox is installed, and remove the files you want ***edit*** It needs to be in ide mode if that's how the os was installed. I still recommend a fresh install on the new drive and then adding the previous drive as a non boot able drive and removing the info you want. |

thats what i did i switched it to ide...
what i plan on doing is install 7 to my new drive and then formatting everything on the old one |

Ok now setting back to ahci to install on the ssd... Only thing... Cpu temp is reading 44C thats up 14C from my last mobo im thinking its a temp error. Gonna install and hope for the best lol
