Can we hit 35?

Is it possible? It seems like in the top 50 we are the lowest producing Points in a 24 hr average. Idk how I could convince more people to fold. Im in a lucky stage my parents gave me the go ahead and im not paying electric so easy for me. Any ideas? It would be cool if we could double or Points or something it would help out a lot... I mean theres no way I should be 16th most producing guy with a low end rig. Any ideas? Maybe start a folding war?

Just sent me 10 grand. I'll fix it all up for you.
I see all these computers in peoples signatures Overclocked out the wazoo and claiming rock solid stability and just want to tell them to try folding and see how solid their settings really are when doing something more than browsing the internet.

A lot of people left or quit. I can understand both. I'm not sure but I think there's some other teams that offer incentives to fold. eVGA would be one of them that I can remember. I've learned everything from here and have been folding since '06 so I don't really care to move.

FX5200, yes, you can help EOC. Download the v7 client and let it rip! Be sure to add the team number! You should also get a passkey.

FX, you'd pull maybe 4-5k ppd on the Q9550. Then about 10-12k on the GTX 560. Decent points.

As to getting 35.... I doubt it. Its hard to recruit in the summer. Psh, I also remember when we were #15... We've lost a lot of people... though other teams have grown astronimcally.

Any bit helps. Maybe not points wise, but a work units a work unit. I'd still run the old barton core if it was worth the power, lol.

EDIT: But I didn't mean that towards you :P You'd get decent points for that set up

Haha. Okay. Not paying for internet or power at the moment, so will see how much it starts costing, and will number-crunch a bit.

I just got my 4x6172 build running yesterday. Project 8101 @ 15 min a frame. Not sure if that's good or not, haven't had time to look any thing up. And haven't had time to get the sharing to work properly so I don't know what my ppd is lol

It better for how hot it's making this room! Folding in the summer time is becoming a challenge lol. We'll see if my electric bill changes much.

But yea back to the main topic. If you go to bring up folding to any one, I'd recommend when people are turning their heaters back on. If you're in a warm state, I don't know.

Just think about how many other pcs and how much power, you'd have to have for the same amount of points! It will make you feel better!
