VapoChill vs. Prometeia

Sometime around mid-summer I'm planning on building a water-cooled unit. I've heard wonderful things about both VapoChill and Prometeia, but I'm wondering which one is the "best." Anyone out there have any opinions? Has there ever been a head to head review of the two?

But a lot more expensive in two ways. Draws much more power and is more expensive to begin with.
