DVI TO VGA Connector - PNY GF4 Ti 4200 -
My suggestion is to use the free DVI port (with a DVI to VGA adaptor ) to connect to the CRT monitor. Here's my dilemma...i dont have the card in front of me, so I'm unsure as to what DVI to VGA adaptor i need to buy. I see one on new egg... http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduc...fer=pricewatch but i'm not sure if this will work on the PNY card. (clueless as usual)...any help would be appreciated. |

Yah that'll be fine, a DVI connector is a DVI connector same with a VGA connector. That adapter will work fine.

That's not right. There's a couple different pin-outs of DVI connectors! See if you can find a closeup pic of his model on New Egg that will show the back of the riser plate.
