www.bestbyte.net sucks!

I ordered a Zalman nb passive heatsink from them on Saturday, March 29th. I finally got it this past Tuesday, 9 days later. I tried calling them during those days, but nobody ever picks up.

To add insult to injury, they sent the HS in a cheap envelope instead of a cardboard box, and when I got it, the two edge rows of the copper heatspreaders were bend inwards. I was able to bend them back to be straight, though.
