hmmmm... i remember you could do it on the chip, like connecting the L1 bridges to unlock... it'd give you like 1.85V Vcore. i _think_ you have to connect the L7 bridges but i'm not sure
![]() update: i've verified it: you have to connect the L7 bridges - this will give you 1.85V Vcore

yeah just like you prolly connected all of the L1-bridges /w a pencil, you'll have to do the same thing to the L7-bridges.
and do make sure you have adequate cooling - raising Vcore will cause the cpu to dissipate more heat... what's your temps? and what HSF are u usin? |

HSF = HeatSink & Fan
what temp do you get on full load? to unlock your CPU(thus being able to select another multiplier) you'll need to connect all of the L1-bridges which are located on the chip itself. Looks like this L1 ::::: when you're done it should look like this L1 ||||| same goes for the L7's if you wanna push Vcore up to 1.85V |

that coolermaster's not very good I'd get a better HSF for oc'in. anyways, make sure your temps never exceed 60°C |

nice OC. my 1.2 makes 1.5 easily but the temps get kinda high sometimes with my volcano 9, high is about 50, 55C. glad yours came unlocked, that makes it easy and lets you adjust the multi as well.
