Unhappy Old Laptop won't post!

Hi,

I got an old AcerNote Light 350PCX, and the **** thing won't post (won't boot at all). It powers on and the hardrive starts and clicks a little, but thats it. Nothing ever shows up on the screen. I replaced the memory, and same thing. How can I reset it?

Note: I even tried booting without the CPU inside the comp, and same thing happens!

P.S. Its 100MHz, and its a laptop if u didn't see the subject.

Please help,

Thanks
