y is it that a pc3200 running at 5:4 is the same as a 875 running pc4000? the timings make that much of a difference?

performance mode is enabled in the higher memory options i think its like f-1 racer in urs, its like turbo or ultra turbo in mine. it enables pat or mat or cat or sat, yeah one of those. it also gives u extremely tight timings like 2-2-2-5 or something.

i have had my ram up to 230 @ 1:1 2-3-3-6

that seems low; at 216 ram speed 2.5-4-4-8 i get 5300 w/o perf mode...
at 250 ram speed 3-4-4-8 i get 5600 w/perf mode...

could be wrong tho...

Ya know, when I'm clocked up, performance mode is shown as disabled in cpuz regardless of how I set it in the bios.....

Anyone know why that is?
