Windows Update. Theres a patch for that. Also, download the SP1 patch for Explorer.

There isnt anything on windows update and i am on Windows XP Pro SP1. I have downloaded everything in windows update!

Have you tried dl spybot software? if you go to add/remove components, you could technically remove soome parts of ie 6 and than reboot and reinstall it again the same way.

Well i completly removed the internet explorer from add/remove programs under the windows components section. ran spybot S&D. restarted. installed Inet xplorer again then downloaded inet SP1 from the mocrosoft website as it didnt come up on the windows update site.

i aint sure but it removed some crap also. so i cant determin if it was spyware or just the program.

IE is so open spyware can change its inner workings perminantly. So who knows..
