heatercores and water loop

hey all, so sick of fans buzzing, going water

my hardware
mb:abit nf7, cpu 2500
ram: kingston hyperx pc 3700

chepo RIO400 pump(will upgrade later on when have some cash flow)
eagle talon's oil cooler rad(will upgrade to heatercore when weather is nice)
80mm and a 92mm fans

i got the following in the mail: coming soon
DANGER DEN MAZE4 block
SWIFTECH MCW5000-A block
will use the better block and do something with the other....
REDLINE WATER WETTER
KURI TEC 1/2 INCH OD VINYL TUBING

im goinng to do a custom(dont care about the case, gona cut it up) install with a short closed loop, rad mounted outside the case(proly at the back) with a push/pull low rpm fans....

how should my loop go? pump, rad, block, pump........
or pump, block, rad, pump...??
also thinking of mounting the rad outside the window with no fans(outside temp -8to +8 C range now...) is this a good/bad idea?

and finaly im gona upgrade to a heatercore when the weather gets a bit better so i can go to a junk and search for one.....
heatercore questions:
can i use one ripped from an old car? or its better to buy a brand new one?
since im mouning it outside the case, bigger is better right? or i can connect two together?
and finally what car should i ripp it out of and where is it generally located in a car?
anything else i should know?
peace

Well according to the instructions for my cooling system it has set up pump, block, rad. a rad outside would be nice, but thats a long line to run depending on where the window is. the heater core in a car is uaully under the dash. like some spots ive seen is as far front as possiable almost on the wall between the cab and the engine, offcenter towards the passenger side. One out of an old will do fine but then your gonna need to clean it to get optimal performace, and bigger is not always better.

Pump > RAD > Block > Pump would be the way to go...

if you as a RES then put it between the Block and the Pump..

Pump > RAD > Block > Res > Pump
