I just ordered some new coolant and tubing. I'm gonna take the loop apart and clean it out, since I haven't done that since I've built it. The tubing needs to be replaced. It's stained a faint red from the first dye I had in there. Coolant got here yesterday. Still waiting on the tubing, hopefully tomorrow... I can't wait to see it in the loop

Sweet setup you have there! What are all of the specs? I rate that one a top of the line job, looks good and clean.
Here's my setup right now, I know its a mess and all over the modded case... the only way the 3 fan rad would fit on the CM690 mid-tower case.... it works great, OCed a Q9650 and hit 4.8ghz with 40'C temperatures.... I'm planning on changing the case to a Cosmos S full tower with the clear side panel soon to make it look better...

Watercooled & folding

Here's my triple loop mostly Koolance system. It started life as a PC5-1336BK. I added a 2x80mm radiator and four 80mm fans in a push/pull config right above the power supply. I also added a rear 120mm radiator and a 120mm x 38mm fan to pre-cool the water after it leaves the power supply.
My system features an Asus Crosshair II Formula motherboard topped with an AMD 955BE OC'd to 3.95 in XP and 3.8 ghz in Vista and Windows 7. A pair of Asus GTX280TOP video cards (OC'd to 708 core with ratio locked shaders) , 8 GB of OCZ Flex DDRII 1200 memory, and 6 SATAII 250GB drives in 3 separate RAID-0 Arrays (XP Media Center 32 bit (mostly for old games and folding), Vista Ultimate 64, and Windows 7 Ultimate 64). Koolance PSU-1300ATX-12N power supply. The CPU maintains a temp below 50c at all times even while folding at 100%. This rig nets around 25k points per day while folding. Side view showing the overall complexity of the build. Without full-coverage blocks, this is extremely difficult to make this look clean. There is just so many tubes and wires... My next system, I will find out what full coverage blocks are available, THEN buy the motherboard they fit. The OCZ Flex factory installed hybrid memory aluminum water blocks left something to be desired. They have such a small hole in them, that even in 4 way parallel I thought they would severely limit flow so I decided to put them on their own loop instead of with the CPU and GPU's. I couldn't put them on the MB loop because they utilize copper radiators since that was all available in that size. It is a suble mod, and hard to pick out, even for those familiar with the V2000 series cases. To give me room to allow me to room to use the radiator up front and still use the factory filter, I moved the front hard drive rack back to the next set of holes (the original location had a double middle rack) which was about 3/4" back then drilled new holes. If a person really wanted to, they could use the HX422 radiator in there without the fan filter but it would be VERY tight but at least mine would have fit. ***Update*** I replaced my pair of GTX280's with a pair of Evga GTX295FTW's and now run a series/parallel arrangement through the cards. They now net 45k PPD folding. I'll get pics soon. The front showing my pair of RP-1000's and RP-980 as well as my DVD-RW's: The back showing the rear nozzles coming out of the Koolance 1700 watt power supply and my second radiator in that loop: My custom mounts on the northbridge on my Crosshair II Formula. This was before I switched them out for the CHC-125's.
