Can we have an SMP thread?

with all the recent questions about multiprocessors systems, wouldnt it be easier to have an smp thread?

I think its a bit too specialized, but I guess if you mean for FAH, you could start a general SMP information thread and get it stickied.

no, its just that smp questions keep poping up in a good many of the sectios:amd proc/mobo/ram, intel proc/mobo/ram, fah, more, but those are really the only ones i look at. its just that more and more questions about dualies and such have been appearing of late, but theyre so spreadout throught the forums, that you cant blame the guys for asking the same questions over, and over, and over. just to consolidate it all into one section. cause even with a sticky, theyd have to goto the section with the sticky in it, and it would be more efficent if that section was "smp section", or whatever.

Hmm, I guess that makes sense. An issue might be that people with HT procs may post unrelated stuff in there, but I guess its better overall for dual setups. I guess we will wait to see what Jason thinks.
