NewerTech's USB 2.0 Universal Drive Adapter is USB device that allows the user to connect any ATA device without the need to open up a case.

Is there an item you don't highly recommend? lol

Good job on keeping the reviews updated though (unlike last year...)

We try not to review things you all wouldn't find useful or we don't see as a product we could recommend. If the product would not have met expectations, it would not have been recommended, but the Newertech device met and exceeded my expectations, which is why it is Highly Recommended

I like the device, would be better if they had the 1.8" adapter for iPod hard drives built into it. Funny Newertech and Addonics are the main companies that actually have the ipod 1.8" drive adapter on their product list.
