Cool Overclocking intel q8300 2.5ghz

Hi i am running a intel q8300 2.5ghz with a multieplyer of 7.5x333 with a Giga-byte P45-DQ6, 550watt OZC stealth extream psu, KFA 2 9600GT OC 512mb, and 4 sticks of DDR2, PC2-6400 (400 MHz), 1024 MBytes, AENEON
(the motherboard downclocked it from 1066 to pc2-6400 ), and windows vista ultimate 64 bit, im thinking of ocing to 3.0ghz i currently, what changes would i have to make? i know basic but n need alil help with voltages and a few other options, i am also useing a scyth katana heatsink with 6 heatpipes and a pure silver thermal compound(cost me 14$ lol)

help much appreaciated!!
